The Broward County Crime Commission held a Seminar on Juvenile and Adolescent Violence: Why the unthinkable happens? on Friday, September 30th, 2016 at the Westin Fort Lauderdale Hotel. Attorney Ken Padowitz, the former Homicide Prosecutor and Assistant State Attorney who was on the internationally known case, spoke on a panel consisting of the former Defense Attorney, Judge and Psychologists. An Audience of over 200 lawyers, law enforcement officers, judges, and others professionals gathered at the conference with the goal of education and the improvement of the criminal justice system in working with juvenile offenders.
